Garage Self-Parking

The Hobby Center above ground parking garage is located directly behind the building with easy access from both Rusk and Walker Streets. Garage height is 7 ft 6 in and features a covered walkway directly to the theater building. Self-parking for events is currently $15 per vehicle; cash and credit are both accepted.

Hobby Center self and valet parking is subject to availability. The garage and valet service both may reach capacity and close prior to the start time of a performance. Due to typical delays from traffic and construction, please plan to arrive 45 minutes early for performances.

Valet

Valet service is available on the corner of Rusk and Bagby in front of the Hobby Center. Valet is currently $25 per vehicle. Cash and credit are both accepted.

Lexus drivers enjoy complimentary valet parking courtesy of Houston Area Lexus Dealers (must be attending Hobby Center events).

The Hobby Center’s health and safety protocols and code of conduct allow parking personnel at their sole discretion to deny valet service to patron who is deemed to be an undue safety risk to parking staff.

Contract Parking

Contract parking is available daily in the Hobby Center garage. The business office is open 8:30am – 5pm. The garage provides easy access to Houston’s downtown tunnel and light rail system and is one of the most convenient parking locations for entering and exiting the downtown area.
