Raise the Curtain: The Hobby Center’s 25th Anniversary Gala

This special celebration will launch a year-long tribute to the Hobby Center’s first 25 years as Houston’s premiere performing arts center and the countless lives it has touched through arts education, engagement, and programming for Houston students and families. For example, the Hobby Center’s cornerstone education program the ExxonMobil Discovery Series provides arts experiences at no cost to students or schools, including transportation to and from the theater, and aligns with Texas teaching objectives. Nearly 40,000 fifth-graders attended in the last season, from 18 school districts across greater Houston.
